Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Kivi-Tronics Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent writing and storytelling skills, and experience with social media management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, social, email, and content channels.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, etc., with a strong focus on engagement and growth.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content, including photo and video shoots, user-generated content, and influencer partnerships.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop creative assets for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Manage paid social and digital ad campaigns in collaboration with media partners or internal teams.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to measure success and optimize performance.
  • Build and nurture influencer and brand ambassador relationships.
  • Coordinate PR efforts and brand collaborations.
  • Stay on top of marketing trends, especially in the cookware, home, and lifestyle space.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in marketing, social media, or content creation, preferably in DTC, eCommerce, or lifestyle brands.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, especially on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Experience with social media management tools, e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and basic design platforms like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking analytics and using insights to inform content and strategy.
