**Job Summary**

As a Technical Lead you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions using Spring Boot AWS Snowflake Apache Flink Kafka Connect and Kafka. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies and data streaming platforms to ensure seamless integration and performance optimization.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide expertise in Snowflake to design and implement robust data warehousing solutions.
- Utilize Apache Flink for real-time data processing and analytics to drive business insights.
- Implement and manage Kafka Connect for seamless data integration across various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions that align with business goals.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to maintain high coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical solutions and processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all technical implementations.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development with expertise in Spring Boot and AWS.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
- Have hands-on experience with Apache Flink for real-time data processing.
- Show proficiency in Kafka Connect and Kafka for data streaming and integration.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
