**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring efficient and effective functionality.
- Conduct and supervise tests on construction chemicals to ensure compliance with relevant IS codes and industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality control protocols to enhance product reliability and safety.
- Aid in the preparation and maintenance of documentation required for BIS and other certifications.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to refine product formulations and develop new products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that affect construction chemicals.
- Manage laboratory equipment, including calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure operational readiness.
- Assist in the procurement of lab supplies and chemicals while adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is required
- 2-5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in construction chemicals.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage laboratory operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive in staying updated with industry trends and certifications.
