Perform a wide range of laboratory tests in areas such as **hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, immunology, and clinical pathology**.
- Ensure timely and accurate analysis, documentation, and reporting of test results.
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment; troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
- Oversee inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Ensure strict adherence to **quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA),** and **biosafety** protocols.
- Monitor and validate testing processes and implement corrective actions when required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., NABL, ISO).
- Mentor and guide junior lab technicians and trainees; conduct skill development sessions when needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in internal and external audits and inspections.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
