**Job Title**: Quality Executive

**Experience**: Minimum 1 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in food safety-related roles.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Product Quality Assurance**: Ensure that manufactured items conform to specified quality standards. Assist in monitoring proper hygiene and cleanliness of the facility in compliance with food safety regulations.

2. **Maintenance Oversight**: Identify machines requiring maintenance, prepare maintenance schedules, and oversee operations and maintenance of all utilities required by the company.

3. **Machine and Equipment Management**: Monitor, control, and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure the availability of serviceable assets for producing quality products.

4. **Utility Management**: Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities to the entire plant, maintaining required quality and parameters. Ensure proper water supply throughout the organization.

5. **Process Monitoring and Corrective Actions**: Identify potentially unsafe products and implement timely corrective actions. Release final products after proper verification. Verify reworked or recycled products prior to release. Participate in Food Safety Team (FST) activities including product recalls, management reviews, and food safety validation.

6. **Food Safety System Management**: Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the food safety system based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). Conduct hazard analysis, establish PRP’s & HACCP Plans, and implement monitoring, verification, and validation systems. Conduct annual reviews of the food safety system for adequacy and effectiveness.

7. **Raw Material Quality Assurance**: Ensure proper quality of raw materials sourced from various suppliers as per established norms.

8. **Hygiene and Pest Control Monitoring**: Help in Monitoring cleaning, hygiene, and pest control activities within the plant to maintain a hygienic environment.

9. **Audit Participation**: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, reports, and information related to product quality and compliance.

10. **Consumer Feedback Management**: Monitor consumer complaints related to quality and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues and implement solutions

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Tech, or related field.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations, including HACCP.
- Proven experience in quality control, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
