1.The assistant quality manager is required to improve the system towards degree of excellence. in this work continuous planing, processing of the work,assisting the improvement and to take action regarding quality improvement if required.

2. Updation of NABH manual & hospital indicators and will maintain updation information of License and Acts and MoU files etc.

3. To be organized and training of hospital Wide policies & Mock Drill in basement.

4. All committee meeting of NABH/ NABL etc.to be reviewed and documented according to the frequency of committees like as a quality control infection control safety management blood transfusion ,sexual harassment etc.

5. Promote clear Behavior and performance expectations from recruiting, to quality, to performance scorecards, to career progression.

6. Compile thorough and complete documentation of the work undertaken

7. Support Quality team in ensuring Quality Management System is being applied in business activities.

8. set both short term and long term objectives visions/ priority's for QA QC depts

9. active file audit.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
