**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input and update product, customer, and vendor data into company databases or spreadsheets.
- Organize and maintain records for customer orders, invoices, and inventory.
- Review and verify data for discrepancies or errors, making corrections when necessary.
- Generate reports as needed to support other departments.
- Coordinate with various teams (e.g., sales, production, and logistics) to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
- Adhere to company policies regarding data confidentiality and security.
- Provide general administrative support to the team when required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in a data entry role or similar administrative position is preferred, but not required.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and accounting systems (preferred).
