- **Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development**:

- Prepare structured lesson plans tailored to students’ age, skill level, and goals.
- Collaborate with school administrators to design and update the dance curriculum as needed.
- **Performance Preparation and Coordination**:

- Organize and prepare students for recitals, competitions, and school events.
- Coordinate with other teachers, staff, and parents to ensure smooth event execution.
- **Student Evaluation and Progress Monitoring**:

- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop personalized support strategies for students.
- **Classroom Management and Student Engagement**:

- Maintain a disciplined, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Engage students with a passion for dance, encouraging attendance, practice, and participation.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on new dance techniques, trends, and teaching methods.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and performances to improve personal and instructional skills.
- **Safety and Injury Prevention**:

- Ensure a safe environment by teaching proper warm-ups, stretches, and conditioning exercises.
- Educate students on techniques to prevent injuries and encourage safe dance practices.
- **Parent and Student Communication**:

- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and achievements.
- Foster a strong rapport with students, building a supportive and motivating environment.
- **Contribution to School Culture**:

- Collaborate with colleagues in promoting the school’s vision and values.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities, workshops, and other school events.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or a related field (preferred but not always mandatory based on experience).
- **Experience**: Proven experience in teaching dance or performing professionally.

Pay: ₹13,718.25 - ₹34,500.00 per month
