Urgent Required Account Executive

**Accounts Executive**:Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales transactions, invoices, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports to track revenue performance and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including revenue recognition and accruals, as required.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices related to sales billing and revenue recognition.
- Provide support and training to junior staff members on billing processes and Tally software usage whenever required.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers to address inquiries and resolve billing-related issues in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS
- Process and generate sales invoices accurately and efficiently using Tally software.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in billing, accounting, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be able to relocate to Rajkot, Gujarat
- Should be able to join within 15 days.Requirements :Total Experience: Minimum 2 years in Logistic Field
Education: Minimum Graduate
Salary range: Max 3.5 LPA
Job Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Gender: Male/Female
Location: Rajkot
