Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Prepare and process payroll in collaboration with the senior accounting team.
- Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in GST filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Help prepare and organize documents for internal and external audits.
- Manage and process TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) transactions, ensuring timely deduction, filing, and compliance with applicable tax laws.
- Ensure accurate TDS returns and certificates (e.g., Form 16, Form 16A) are prepared and issued on time.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduation in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, and tax compliance.
- Strong focus on accuracy and organization.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
