**Job Description: Sales Executive**

We are looking for an energetic and driven **Sales Executive** to join our team. If you love building relationships, have a flair for closing deals, and want to grow in a performance-oriented environment, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Identify and generate leads** through networking, referrals, and online research.
- **Build and maintain strong client relationships** to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- **Present and promote products/services** to potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- **Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations** tailored to client requirements.
- **Negotiate contracts and close sales deals** while ensuring profitability for the company.
- **Meet and exceed sales targets** set on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- **Maintain records of client communications, sales activities, and pipeline** using CRM tools.
- **Collaborate with the marketing and operations team** to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Stay updated on market trends and competitors** to identify new business opportunities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **1-3 years of proven experience in sales** (hospitality, furniture, or B2B preferred but not mandatory).
- **Excellent communication and negotiation skills.**:

- **Strong presentation abilities** and confidence in client interactions.
- **Ability to work independently as well as in a team.**:

- **Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.**:

- **Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.**
