**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing (Filmore)**:

- Edit and create high-quality video content for social media, promotional materials, and campaigns using Fillmore software.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute video concepts that align with marketing goals.
- Enhance video content with creative transitions, effects, and captions to ensure audience engagement.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Design marketing materials such as banners, infographics, brochures, and advertisements while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure design quality and relevance.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs and videos.
- Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions to elevate marketing campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
- **Project Management**:

- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Optimise designs and videos for various platforms and devices to maximize user engagement.
- Maintain organized files and folders for easy access and future reference.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with Filmore video editing software.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design and video editing skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics, design principles, and storytelling through visuals.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
