**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

Designation: Accounts Executive

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Years of experience: 2- 4yrs

Acadamics - 70% above (UG/PG)

**JOB DISCRIPTION**
- Processing of cash and bank transactions and reconciliations
- Maintenance of day to day accounting transactions, voucher verification and updation of Tally Accounting System
- Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner
- Sales invoicing from customer quotations prepared by sales executives
- Processing of purchase orders
- Processing of purchase invoices for payment after due verification with P.O.’s and other supporting documents
- Computation and preparation of salaries
- Maintaining inventory records for stock inwards and outwards, physical stock and closing stock statements
- Reconciliation of debtors, creditors and stock balances
- Monitoring and managing collections
- Maintaining fixed assets register
- Maintaining, updating and filing for statutory compliances such as registrations, GST, TDS, Service Tax, Professional Tax and Income Tax
- Support preparation and generation of monthly financial statements and MIS reports concerning sales, purchases, inventory, customers, vendors, inventory and expenses
- Active participation in control of expenses and financial performance of the business
- Any other tasks or change in roles relating to the business assigned to you from time to time

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS & other accounting terms.
- Good command over Tally, MS-Excel & MS-Word
- Basic knowledge of banking, E- way bills and other similar work

**Desirable skills**:
Politeness
