**Job Description - Chief Marketing Officer**

Smartdocs is flourishing & seeking for strategic Marketing advisor with excellent analytical skills to join & lead our Marketing department.

Being Chief Marketing Officer, you will be directing & overseeing the Marketing activities of the Smartdocs, by operating & planning current advertising campaign.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Planning, implementing, and overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Liaising with sales and public relations teams to align objectives.
- Growing and developing the in-house marketing team.
- Building a network of reliable external agencies and marketing professionals.
- Conducting market research and staying abreast of competitor positioning.
- Contributing to new business development initiatives.
- Establish marketing objectives and goals.
- Organise, carry out, and monitor your marketing strategy.
- Identify the marketing department's KPIs.
- Keep an eye on the marketing budget. Regularly monitor KPIs and give reports.
- Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy and plan.

**What we are looking for
- More than 8 years' proven experience in a marketing manager.
- A Master's degree in marketing or a related field or an MBA may be highly desirable.
- Having experience & knowledge of Supply chain Management would be add on.
- Having experience with product based company or startup would be add on.
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
- Creative and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing techniques and platforms
