Office Administrator/receptionist

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
**Office Assistant Office Assistant Responsibilities**:
1. Handling incoming calls and other communications.
2. Managing filing system. Recording information as needed.
3. Lead Generation and Conversion.
4. Greeting Students and visitors as needed.
5. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
6. Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
7. Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
8. Coordinating events as necessary.
9. Maintaining supply inventory. Maintaining office equipment as needed.
10. Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:
High school diploma or associate’s degree.
Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Great communication skills.
Best in Industry Experience : Minimum 1 yrs
