Contract period - 6 to 12months can be extendable

**Skill: Scrum Master Profile Required with Life Sciences Experience**

**Total Experience: 8-10 Years**

**Job Description**:

- Should be aware of Infrastructure domain
- Should have work experience in Healthcare Projects. Must be aware of GxP standards.
- Should have Experience in Technical documentation.
- Scrum Certified and Certified in technical writing would be a plus.
- Working Exp in JIRA Tool
- Working Exp or Knowledge in HP ALM
- Working Exp in creation of documents like Functional Specifications (FS), Design
Specifications(DS), User Requirement Specifications (URS),

Standard Operating Procedure(SoPs), Work Instructions (WI) etc.

**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Should be able to lead scrum teams in moderate to high complexity work streams.
- Should be able to lead daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement
- Should be able to Manage interdependencies between agile teams.
- Should be able to Partner with the Product Owners to support short and long-term release planning, and to keep work backlog healthy and prepared for execution.
- Should be able to Coordinate with Infrastructure Qualification activities (Track/Report/Risk/Issue Management)
- Should be able to Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders (Vulnerability Management Team, Security Architect and Infrastructure Architect) and all gather requirement and document them.

Interview Mode: Telephonic / Web-Ex/ Team

Reporting Locations: WFO/Hyderabad/Pune/Bangalore

Notice Period: immediate joiner within 3 to 4 weeks
