Job Description Our technology services client is seeking multiple Scrum Master to join their team on a contract basis. These positions offer a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period. Below are further details about the role: Role: Scrum Master Experience: 5 to 8 Years Location: Hyderabad Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Mandatory Skills: Scrum, Agile, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Azure Devops Job Description: - We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 812 years of total IT experience and proven expertise in leading Agile teams. - The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum practices, remove impediments, and ensure successful project delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Key Responsibilities - Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple Agile teams, guiding them in Scrum and Agile best practices. - Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring clarity of scope and goals. - Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles, maintains focus on sprint goals, and delivers incremental value. - Identify and remove impediments, fostering a productive and collaborative environment. - Track team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to drive process improvement. - Partner with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders for end-to-end delivery. - Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and learning across teams. - Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to scale Agile across programs. Skills & Qualifications Mandatory: - 812 years of total IT experience, with at least 4+ years in a Scrum Master role. - Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC processes. - Proven experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing delivery across distributed teams. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Preferred / Good-to-have: - Experience working with Infosys or similar large-scale Agile environments. - Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc. - Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Agile@Scale. - Background in software development or project management. Certifications (Preferred) - Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), or equivalent. - SAFe Agilist (SA) certification is an added advantage. - ITIL Foundation (optional). Soft Skills - Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills. - Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Leadership presence with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
