Required Skills: - Strong experience as a Scrum Master. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to conduct Scrum ceremonies effectively. Good to Have: - SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification. - Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) configuration and administration. - Domain understanding in Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Sales, or Service sectors.
