**Key Responsibilities**:
Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and expenses.

Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

Reconcile bank statements and other financial statements.

Maintain proper filing of all accounting documents and records.

Support senior accountant in preparing financial statements and handling audits.

Assist in GST filing, TDS deductions, and statutory compliance requirements.

Monitor petty cash and ensure timely reimbursement.

Prepare and process staff reimbursements and vendor payments.

Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoices and payment status.

Help in maintaining general ledger and trial balance.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related role.

Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular) and accounting software (Tally ERP).

Understanding of taxation laws like GST and TDS is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
