**Job Summary**:
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions with a specific focus on **GST compliance, TDS calculations, return filing**, and statutory reporting. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of Indian tax laws.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GST Compliance**:

- Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual return GSTR-9).
- Reconcile GST input tax credit with GSTR-2B and purchase register.
- Maintain proper GST records and documentation.
- Handle GST payments and respond to GST notices.
- **TDS Management**:

- Calculate monthly TDS as per applicable sections of the Income Tax Act.
- Deduct TDS on vendor payments, salaries, and other applicable expenses.
- File quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.).
- Issue TDS certificates (Form 16 & Form 16A) within deadlines.
- **Accounting & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate books of accounts in accounting software (Tally/Zoho/ERP).
- Prepare bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly closing, trial balance, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Coordinate with vendors for invoice and tax-related clarifications.
- Support management in decision-making with timely MIS reports.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in accounting with hands-on experience in GST & TDS.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP / accounting software**.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
- Familiarity with online GST & Income Tax portals.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.

Pay: ₹10,380.63 - ₹25,000.00 per month
