Navi Mumbai, India Client of P. S International HR Consultants Full time

**Responsibility**:

- **Preparation of 3D models and 2D sheets of General arrangement, layout, and drawings using Revit Software.**:

- Understand design, drafting systems, standards, and design development process followed by clients and implement in work.
- Review the input received from the client and understand the scope of work and then plan work accordingly without changing design intent.
- Coordination with other disciplines' designers and engineers as applicable.
- Should be able to resolve other team members' queries.
- Able to create and work on Custom Revit families where applicable.
- Attend project meetings and calls as required.
- Must adhere to company QA, QC process, and BIM strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or I.T.I. in Civil / Mechanical Draughtsman
- Should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience.
- Experience in electrical & Instrumentation Computer Aided Design.
- Knowledge and project experience in working and delivering in a BIM environment.
- Full understanding and support in developing CAD/BIM standards and procedures.
- **Experience in Point cloud to BIM is a plus.**:

- **Good oral and written communication skills.**:

- **Data/document management system experience, such as ProjectWise, and BIM360.**

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
