**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Oversee daily hostel operations, ensuring a secure, clean, and disciplined environment.
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations, maintaining order and discipline among residents.
- Implement security protocols and ensure the safety of all.
- Handle students concerns, complaints, and ensure a positive living experience.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
- Prepare reports on hostel activities, occupancy, and incidents.
- Use military leadership experience to instill discipline and ensure smooth operations.
