**Job Summary**: The Security Incharge is responsible for overseeing the security operations of the organization, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets. This role involves developing and implementing security policies, managing security staff, conducting risk assessments, and responding to emergencies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Security Management**:
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures.
- Monitor security systems and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- **Staff Supervision**:
- Manage and train security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Schedule security staff shifts and oversee daily operations.
- **Emergency Response**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
- **Incident Management**:
- Investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide assistance and information to employees and visitors regarding security procedures.
- Foster a culture of safety and security within the organization.
- **Budget Management**:
- Assist in preparing and managing the security budget.
- Evaluate and recommend security equipment and technology upgrades.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in security management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, regulations, and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Retired Army or any Para Forces.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
