**Work Environment**:
This role requires interaction with parents, students, and staff on a daily basis. A courteous demeanor, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.

Location: Bachpan Play School, Sangam Nagar, Indore

Employment Type: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Admissions Counseling:

- Guide prospective parents through the admission process, including providing information about the school, curriculum, and policies.
- Maintain records of prospective students and follow up on leads to maximize enrollments.

**2. Reception Management**:

- Manage the front desk, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, parents, and staff.
- Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage visitor logs.
- Address general queries from parents and direct them to appropriate departments when necessary.

**3. Basic Accounting**:

- Handle fee collections, issue receipts, and maintain records of financial transactions.

**4. Parent-Teacher Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between parents and teachers to ensure effective communication.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings and share relevant updates or notices with parents.
- Address parent concerns promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

**5. Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and update student records in school databases.
- Assist with school event coordination and communication.
- Support school leadership with general administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Administration, or related disciplines preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles (e.g., MS Excel).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with school management systems and admission processes is a plus.
- A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
