We are looking for a **detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator** to manage and oversee **low-voltage system projects**, including **CCTV, Networking, Fire Alarm Systems**, and **Public Address Systems**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Planning & Coordination**
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare project-related documentation such as BOQs, drawings, and compliance reports.

**2. Execution & Monitoring**
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of CCTV, Networking, Fire Alarm, and PA systems.
- Track project progress and resolve any site-related issues promptly.

**3. Client & Vendor Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the execution team.
- Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

**4. Technical Support**
- Provide technical inputs during project design, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Verify system integration and configuration to match project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes and regulations.

**5. Documentation & Handover**
- Maintain detailed site reports, progress records, and official correspondence.
- Support project billing, invoicing, and documentation for project closure.
- Ensure proper handover of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and client training.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or management, Mandotary in CCTV, networking, or fire alarm systems.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of low-voltage systems.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
