
Project/client Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Track project resources and schedules to ensure alignment with the objectives.
- Prepare regular status reports and updates for senior management and clients.
- Organize meetings, briefings, and discussions between project teams and clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables to clients in a clear and timely manner.
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback and relay it to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that client expectations are managed and met, maintaining a positive relationship.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and client communications.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for both internal teams and clients.
- Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of all project-related documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including design, development, and marketing departments.
- Ensure smooth communication flow between clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with external vendors or partners if required for project execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, communications, or a related field.
- Proven 1-3 years experience in project management and client handling roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be ready to travel client site across India.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
