**Job Description: Client Coordinator**
**Position Title**: Client Coordinator
**Department**: Branding
**Position Summary**: The Client Coordinator for Branding is responsible for acting as the liaison between clients and the branding team. This role ensures that client needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction, and that branding projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Schedule and attend regular client meetings to discuss project progress and gather feedback.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, marketers, and content creators, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of branding projects.
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and projects stay on track.
- Monitor project budgets and report any discrepancies to the Branding Manager.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client competitors.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance branding efforts and achieve client objectives.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain organized records of client communications, project details, and branding materials.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in the branding or advertising industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Familiarity with graphic design software and tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
