Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conceptualizing and executing spare parts sales across the country using
distribution model
- Create new distributor(s), preferably who are already selling to spares retailers and have
an existing relationship with spares retailers.
- Responsible for meeting distributor’s primary sales targets as defined from time to time.
- Regularly visit partners and convince retailers to stock and start selling products and help them maximise the untapped potential of their existing customers.
- Perform retailer marketing activities with the help of marketing team to promote myTVS brand amongst spares retailers
- Prepare reports and basic data analysis for management reporting
- Extensively travel across the country to develop direct relationship with the key retailers and identify and resolve on-ground business challenges
Must Have:
- Thorough experience of distribution sales with experience of creating New / Managing distributors of any spare parts brand
- Strong retail experience.
- Travelling should not be a constraint.
- Presentable and well versed in creating various kind of reports and presentations
- Should have worked in spares Industry
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
**Experience**:
- Min. 7 year in channel sales
**Note**:
**-Must have experience in Spare part division**:
- Should be comfortable with pan India travelling**
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
