Job Title: IELTS Trainer and Receptionist

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
IELTS Training (70%):

- Plan, develop, and deliver comprehensive IELTS training programs for students of varying levels, ensuring progress in all four language competencies: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to aid in their development.
- Develop personalized strategies and techniques to help students achieve their target IELTS scores.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IELTS exam trends and guidelines in order to effectively prepare students.
- Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment, adapting teaching methods to cater to individual student needs.

Receptionist (30%):

- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing accurate information as needed.
- Manage and maintain appointments, schedules, and bookings for IELTS training sessions and other courses.
- Assist in the enrollment process for new students, collecting necessary documentation and processing payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area, ensuring that all required supplies are stocked and available.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an IELTS trainer, with a proven track record of successful student outcomes.
- Native or near-native proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, balancing the dual responsibilities of IELTS training and receptionist tasks.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
