We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our dynamic team. As an IELTS Trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals prepare for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination. This position requires a deep understanding of the IELTS exam structure, strong communication skills, and the ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Conduct IELTS Training Sessions**:

- Plan and deliver IELTS coaching sessions to students.
- Cover all four language skills - Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their performance.

**2. Develop Curriculum**:

- Create comprehensive and customized lesson plans based on IELTS exam requirements.
- Design engaging and interactive activities to enhance language skills.

**3. Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Administer practice tests and assess students' proficiency levels.
- Track and monitor students' progress, adapting teaching methods accordingly.

**3. Individualized Support**:

- Provide individualized attention and support to address specific strengths and weaknesses.
- Offer guidance on effective study strategies and time management.

**4. Stay Informed**:

- Stay updated on the latest IELTS exam trends, changes, and educational methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
- Certified IELTS Trainer accreditation is preferred, or minimum 2 years experience in the field.
- Proven experience in IELTS coaching with a successful track record of student achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with various IELTS exam formats and scoring criteria.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
