**Job description**:
**About the Role**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are passionate about the real estate industry and eager to learn. As a Real Estate Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced sales, marketing, and operations teams, gaining hands-on experience in property dealings, client engagement, market research, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in listing and promoting residential or commercial properties.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and property showings.
- Conduct basic market research and data analysis on real estate trends.
- Support documentation and paperwork for property transactions.
- Learn CRM software and update client/property databases.
- Maintain communication with clients, helping answer inquiries and building relationships.
- Work with senior team members to understand negotiation and deal-closing processes.

**Key Requirements**:

- A graduate in any stream (Real estate, business, or marketing background is a plus).
- Strong interest in real estate and willingness to learn the industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Own vehicle (preferred, not mandatory).
