**Position Title**: Accounts Assistant
**Location**: MG Road, South Delhi
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting Operations**:

- Assist in daily bookkeeping and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and reconcile bank statements.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in a timely manner.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and assist with year-end closings.
- Support the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- **Compliance and Auditing**:

- Support audits by gathering and organizing required documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- **Tax and Payroll Assistance**:

- Assist in preparing and filing tax returns and managing payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain financial records and filing systems.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**:1-2 years of experience in an accounting** or finance role (internships count).
- **Technical Skills**:

- **Proficiency in MS Excel** and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally).
- Familiarity with financial regulations and standards (e.g., Taxes, GST).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
