We are hiring for **Store Executive** for our client for Hyderabad location.

Experience: 1 to 5 years
Location: Medipally, Hyderabad.
Work Mode: Work from Office
Interview Mode: Face to face

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder products as needed.
- Conduct regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other.
- Disposes of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure
- Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Supervise a team of store staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Monitor delivery schedules and address any discrepancies or delays.
- Work closely with the finance department to manage and control store-related expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, purchases, and delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or related field.
- Proven experience in store management within the construction or engineering industry is plus
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using inventory management software.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
