**Position: Project Owner**

Product owner is the leader of the product management team and takes the ownership of the product from scratch. He/she must lead, motivate and take charge of the whole process.
- Initiating and setting goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the Trust
- Planning the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes
- Developing budgets and operations

- Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements
- Supervise all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems
- Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people
- Read reports prepared to determine progress and issues
- Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
- Keep Trustees informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation technique s and key metrics
- Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting
- Need business acumen with a strategic ability
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Lead Scrum teams.
- Product Ownership attitude.
- Visualise and provide direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project.
- Create and manage Business process, Systems processes and Standard Operations Policy for the products
- Ensure Nil Bench time for team members.
- Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and new feature development.
- Define product vision, periodic roadmap and identify growth opportunities
- Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum customer value that are aligned with product strategy
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
- Eager to learn new skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
