**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospective Participant Engagement**: Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with individuals interested in participating in our events. Communicate the value proposition of the event, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively.
- **Enrollment Assistance**: Guide interested individuals through the enrollment process. Provide step-by-step instructions, assist with form submissions, and ensure all necessary information is accurately collected.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish a rapport with potential participants. Understand their needs, preferences, and motivations to tailor enrollment strategies and provide personalized guidance.
- **Information Dissemination**: Distribute event-related materials, including brochures, schedules, and important logístical details. Ensure participants have access to all the necessary information to prepare for the event.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to align enrollment strategies with promotional campaigns. Provide insights from interactions with potential participants to refine marketing messaging.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
