Job Title: Admission Counsellor

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Admission Counsellor to join our team and assist prospective students in navigating the admissions process. As an Admission Counsellor, your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and support to individuals interested in joining our institution.

**Responsibilities**:
Admission Policies: Familiarize yourself with the institution's admission policies and communicate them clearly to applicants, addressing any queries they may have.

Career Counselling: Understand the career aspirations and goals of applicants, and provide appropriate counseling to help them make informed decisions about their academic paths.

Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students to maintain a supportive and informative relationship throughout the admissions process.

Events and Presentations: Participate in recruitment events, open houses, and workshops to promote the institution and attract potential students.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with applicants and relevant admission data.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the admissions team and academic departments to streamline the admissions process and ensure a positive experience for applicants.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with prospective students and their families.
- Empathetic and patient approach to understanding students' needs and concerns.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple applicants simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the education industry and awareness of current trends in higher education is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹10,935.10 per month
