**Job Title: Admission Counselor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing information and guidance on the admissions process, academic programs, and campus life.
- Conduct admissions interviews and information sessions for prospective students, both in person and virtually.
- Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the institution and recruit prospective students.
- Represent the institution at college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as financial aid and academic advising, to provide comprehensive support to students throughout the admissions process.
- Keep accurate records of student interactions and admissions activities using the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices in admissions, and changes in admission requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, student recruitment, or college counseling is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of students and families.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of higher education admissions processes and requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
