**Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**
**Qualification: CA,CS**

**Job description**
- For framing financial decisions, Investment decisions, effective Accounting and Audit and Taxation Systems, tax, treasury management and risk management policies and practices in line with Corporate plan.
- To take Financial controllership
- To do finalisation of accounts on periodic basis
- To do audit completion Internal, Tax and Statutory as per agreed timelines as applicable. Work with Big 4 audit firms
- To take care of FP&A MIS Preparation, Budgeting and reforecasting. Coordinating with businesses for budget. Independent working on variance analysis, understanding business trends, preparing management reports and related work.
- To do treasury Management - Managing day to day cash flows, working capital management, cash flow & funds flow forecasting, planning and supervising treasury operations and funds for the group, working on CC & Credit facilities - fresh and renewals.
- He should act as an enterprise-wide key decision support to the CMD in formulating long term and short-term strategies and plans for enhancing financial strength, sustaining market leadership, increasing stakeholders value and overall growth of the business.
- He should have collaborative to bring synergy between field and corporate
- He should communicate the corporate strategy and its impact to stakeholders.
- Facilitate the compliance of principles of good corporate governance along with over all applicable compliances to the organization.
