**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct sewing and tailoring classes based on the curriculum.
- Train students in hand stitching, machine sewing, garment cutting, pattern making, and finishing techniques.
- Assess students’ progress and provide individual guidance.
- Prepare training materials and maintain attendance and progress records.
- Motivate trainees to build confidence and creativity in designing.
- Coordinate with program coordinators and provide regular training reports.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10th pass or equivalent; tailoring certification or diploma preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in tailoring or training others in sewing.
- Knowledge of different fabrics, sewing machines, and garment construction.
- Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and a passion for teaching.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
