**Key Performance Areas**:
**1.** Be the face and voice of the brand for all outbound communication for the institution.

**2.** Connect with individuals who are unaware of the opportunities in banking and educate them about the various career options available through the certification program offered.

**4.** Create a list of self-generated leads to drive enrolments from references/ self-generated data/ Social Media Posting from personal profiles/ cold calling.

**5.** Complete the daily KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) with monthly targets through practical selling skills.

**6.** Have the basic technical knowledge to operate the in-house CRM & ERP and software like Microsoft Office.
