Position Overview: The Admission Course Counselor is responsible for guiding potential students through the admissions process and assisting them in selecting appropriate courses to meet their educational goals. The counselor must be knowledgeable about the institution's course offerings and requirements, and must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inform students.

Counselor will be paid 35k per student as commission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with prospective students to understand their educational background, goals and interests, and advise them on the appropriate courses and programs that meet their needs.
- Provide information about the institution's course offerings, admissions requirements, and academic policies and procedures.
- Conduct informational sessions and provide tours to prospective students and families.
- Participate in recruitment events such as college fairs, open houses, and other outreach activities.
- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure students are well-informed about program requirements and prerequisites.
- Provide ongoing support to enrolled students as they progress through their course of study.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in admissions counseling or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
