7eventzz is a fast-growing event management company specializing in innovative decoration services across India. We bring creative event solutions for birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, and more. We are looking for enthusiastic interns who are passionate about both operations and social media.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations Management**
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of events and decorations across various locations.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure timely delivery and setup of event decor.
- Assist in managing inventory, scheduling, and logistics for multiple events.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or feedback during the event lifecycle.

**Social Media Management**
- Develop, implement, and manage content across 7eventzz’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Plan and execute engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and promotions to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design visuals for social media campaigns.
- Respond to customer queries and messages on social platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for social media trends and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools is a plus.
