**Job Title: Swing Machine Operator Trainer**

**Location**: Chapra (Bihar)
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Training**: Deliver both theoretical and practical training to trainees on swing machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- **Create Training Materials**: Develop and update training manuals, presentations, and other educational resources.
- **Monitor Progress**: Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure skill development.
- **Ensure Safety Standards**: Teach safety protocols and ensure that trainees understand and implement safety measures in machine operation.
- **Hands-On Practice**: Provide hands-on experience with swing machines to give trainees practical, real-world exposure.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of training sessions, trainee progress, and certification status.
- **Stay Updated**: Continuously update training methods and materials based on industry developments and machine advancements.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Option 1**:

- **Qualification**: Diploma in relevant field
- **Experience**: Minimum 4 years of sector-specific experience

**Option 2**:

- **Qualification**: Advanced Diploma in relevant field
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of sector-specific experience

**Option 3**:

- **Qualification**: Graduation in any field
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of sector-specific experience

**Option 4**:

- **Qualification**: Post Graduation in any field
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of sector-specific experience

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of swing machine operations and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in teaching and training individuals, with a focus on hands-on learning.
- Ability to design training programs and materials effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to monitor trainee progress.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to machinery and workshop environments.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Suite, and other relevant tools).
