Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Assist in the development of the sales team through training and mentoring.
- Understand their individual requirements
- To build and manage effective external client relationships
- Track and monitor client performance
- Maintance sales goals on a consistent basis
