_**JOB ROLE: Telesales / Telecalling (BDE / Sales)**_
- **Roles & responsibilities**:_

Lead Generation, Appointment Fixing.
- They must have **Excellent Communication** and Telephonic Conversation Skills.
- Should have knowledge about **Digital Marketing.**:

- Must be excellent in **Convincing Skills**.
- Should be able to identify the client's problem and should be able to Pitch Service as a solution to them.
- Should follow up with the clients & be responsible for appointment fixing.
- Good in Web Surfing and also good in handling Spreadsheets.
- You will be responsible for maintaining good Client relationships.
- They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in Clients and developing business.

**Qualification - **Any Graduate
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
