**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and analyze potential IT project opportunities on various bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.).
- Prepare and submit compelling bids and proposals that highlight our company’s strengths and capabilities.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.
- Maintain and update a database of potential leads and project opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely proposal submissions.
- Track and report on bidding and lead generation activities, including success rates and conversion metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project bidding and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of IT services and solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using bidding platforms and lead generation tools.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven track record of successful project bidding and lead generation.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO strategies.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations and proposals.
