Conversational Ai-solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect and Technical Lead specializing in Conversational AI Bots to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-driven bot solutions. This role requires deep expertise in AI, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI, along with a strategic vision for building and optimizing conversational AI platforms. As a technical leader, you will guide a team in implementing best practices, driving innovation, and ensuring the scalability, performance, and maintainability of our conversational AI solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate tools, frameworks, and platforms for developing conversational AI solutions.
- Design and implement conversational AI solutions that incorporate advanced technologies such as AI, ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP.
- Define and enforce best practices, standards, and guidelines for Conversational AI bot development to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Voice Bot Development: Oversee the design and implementation of voice bots that utilize Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) for transcribing speech to text and Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems for generating natural-sounding responses. Ensure seamless integration with backend systems to provide real-time information during voice interactions. Focus on minimizing latency for real-time responses while ensuring high accuracy in voice recognition.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure successful development and deployment of chatbot requirements while providing technical guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards in code development; mentor team members to enhance their skills in conversational AI development.
- Build database capturing processes to ensure efficient monitoring of chatbot performance; analyze data to suggest data-backed enhancement plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize chatbot performance, user experience, and business outcomes through iterative development practices.
- Provide production support and maintenance for deployed chatbot solutions; troubleshoot issues as they arise to ensure reliability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in conversational AI to drive innovation within the team.
- API Integration Capabilities: Oversee the integration of APIs to connect chatbots with external systems (e.g., CRM systems) for enhanced functionality within bot journeys.
- Function Writing Capabilities: Guide the team in writing modular functions that facilitate complex workflows within bot journeys, ensuring efficient handling of user requests and data processing.
- Natural Language Understanding (NLU): Utilize NLU techniques to enhance the chatbot's ability to comprehend user intent and context, enabling personalized responses that improve user satisfaction.
- Generative AI Applications: Leverage generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI's GPT) to create adaptive chatbots capable of delivering contextually relevant responses based on user interactions. This includes enhancing chatbots' ability to handle a wider range of queries and provide more accurate information through continuous learning from interactions.
- Leadership Responsibilities: Foster a collaborative environment by leading a team of developers, encouraging knowledge sharing, and driving high-performance standards within the team.
- Technical Strategy Development: Create architectural blueprints that define technical specifications for chatbot implementations while aligning with overall business objectives.

Pay: ₹1,479,607.20 - ₹2,100,367.71 per year
