Technical Lead: AI Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to lead the design and architecture of innovative AI solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading technical teams, providing guidance and mentorship, and overseeing the integration of solutions with existing systems.

About the Role:

  • Leverage your expertise in AI solution development to drive business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Oversee the customization of solutions to meet specific business needs.
  • Maintain high availability, scalability, and efficiency of deployed solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation and provide training and support to internal teams.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical architect role focusing on AI solutions.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with conversational AI platforms.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific use cases for conversational AI.
