Oh, did we mention - We won LinkedIn’s Top Startup award for two consecutive years - 2022 & 2023. **About the Role**: We’re looking for a dynamic **Content Marketer (Ditto Social Media)** who can take full ownership of scaling Ditto’s social media presence across our main platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram & Twitter. You’ll drive strategy, write high-performing insurance content bits, and take up growth initiatives that take our audience from 100s of thousands to millions. **Who You Are**: - You can write engaging insurance content bits for LinkedIn and Twitter that drive engagement and leads.- You’re comfortable collaborating with folks from other teams (Advisory, Operations, Product) to come up with creative content angles.- You love getting into depth, asking why, chasing nuances, and thinking a step beyond the obvious. Second Order Thinking is highly favored- You can break down complex insurance concepts into simple & crisp posts. - You’ve managed and grown social media accounts before. **What You’ll Do**: - Craft and execute a social media growth strategy that ties back to our business goals.- Lead day-to-day content work—ideation, writing, and publishing posts, threads, carousels.- Use insurance data and insights to double down on what’s working.- Work closely with our product team to turn complex insurance topics into engaging, shareable content.- Stay ahead of the algorithm, spot growth hacks, and find opportunities before everyone else. - Experiment with new content formats to push Ditto’s brand deeper into the internet. **What’s In It for You?** - Competitive compensation : Range [Less than 10 LPA]- Comprehensive Health and Term Insurance- The chance to shape the future of insurance education in India- At Ditto, you’ll be part of a smart, ambitious, and supportive team.
