Job Description: Manual Tester

**Position**: Manual Tester
**Experience Required**: 3+ years
**Location**: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, CBD Belapur
**Interview Type**: Walk-in Interview (mandatory)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and understand business requirements to develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track software defects in a bug-tracking system.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure compliance with established processes and standards in software testing.
- Prepare and present test reports, including test coverage and defect metrics.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and testing methodologies.
- Proficient in writing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
- Hands-on experience with defect-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Familiarity with testing tools such as TestRail or similar.
- Good understanding of database concepts and ability to perform basic SQL queries.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of automation testing (e.g., Selenium) is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹210,226.95 - ₹567,322.99 per year
